Q: Is my new painting signed?

A: All purchased paintings are signed on the side in order to allow the customer the option to change the orientation of the painting. All paintings are also signed, named, and dated on the back of the painting.

Q: Does my new painting come with a Certificate of Authenticity?

A: All paintings come with a signed Certificate of Authenticity or COA.

Q: Is the painting I ordered ready to hang?

A: No, purchased paintings are not ready to hang and currently do not come with hanging hardware.  This gives the customer the option to hang and/or frame their new painting however they choose without any unnecessary holes in the back of the canvas or wooden stretcher bars.  This also allows the customer to change the orientation of the painting while hanging.

Q: How do I pick my colors and themes once I purchase a commission?

A: Once you've purchased a commission, please contact Kimberly W Gallery with your name and order number to begin discussing painting details.

Q: How long will it take to receive my commissioned painting?

A: Commissioned paintings take approximately 1 - 2 months to complete (does not include shipping) once details are discussed. This time frame includes the priming, painting, protection coating, and varnish of the commissioned painting with the appropriate drying times in between.

Q: How long does it take to ship my order?

A: Please allow up to 7 business days for orders to ship.

Q: What countries do you ship to?

A: Currently, Kimberly W Gallery only ships within the US.

Q: What if my painting arrives damaged?

A: If your painting arrives damaged, please contact Kimberly W Gallery immediately for further information and instructions.

Q: Can I get a refund for my order?
